An oil tanker truck collided with a minibus in Ukraine’s western Rivne region, killing 14 of the 15 people involved, the Interior Ministry said on July 6. Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said the fatalities included a 6-year-old child. “One woman survived. Doctors are fighting for her life," he wrote on Telegram.
