Russian strikes hit the Ukrainian city of Kostyantynivka early on February 25. A rail station was turned into ruins. The station was important for evacuating civilians from eastern Ukraine when Russia launched its full-scale invasion two years ago, but became defunct during the war. The strikes also damaged a church and other buildings. One person was wounded according to authorities of the Donetsk region.
