Russian Rocket 'Hit My Office,' Says Ukrainian Governor

A gaping hole was ripped into the regional administration building in the southern port city of Mykolayiv on March 29. "They hit my office. Most people have got out alive. It's a miracle," said regional Governor Vitaliy Kim on his popular social media channel.
