At least 11 people were killed, including two children, after a Russian missile hit a residential building in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy. Another 89 people were injured in the November 17 attack, according to Ukrainian officials. Weeping could be heard amid the burned-out cars as bodies were recovered and the injured were taken to ambulances. Cities across Ukraine have been facing intensified strikes as Russia targets the country's power grid ahead of winter.
