Flooding in the area under Russian occupation on the eastern bank of the Dnieper River is "10 times" worse than in Ukrainian-controlled areas, according to a Ukrainian official in the Kherson region. Following the breach of the Nova Kakhovka dam, dramatic footage has emerged of civilians in the Russian-occupied town of Oleshky being found and rescued with the help of a Ukrainian military drone.
