Ukraine's prosecutor-general says his office has begun investigating what he called "the most massive case of execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war on the front line" by Russian forces. Drone footage that emerged on October 1 allegedly shows Russian troops shooting 16 Ukrainian soldiers who had surrendered.
