Bipartisan Group Of U.S. Lawmakers Arrives In Kyiv

U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink said on February 9 that a bipartisan group of U.S. lawmakers led by the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Representative Mike Turner (Republican-Ohio), has arrived in Kyiv. According to Brink, the delegation includes representatives French Hill (Republican-Arkansas), Jason Crow (Democrat-Colorado), and Abigail Spanberger (Democrat-Virginia). A day earlier, the U.S. Senate voted to advance a $95 billion spending bill that includes $61 billion aid for Ukraine to help the country defend against Russia’s ongoing invasion.
