Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk urged Western countries not to lift sanctions against Russia until all Ukrainian territory was back under the control of Kyiv, in a speech to the UN General Assembly on September 24. He said it was hard for peace talks to take place under the barrel of a gun 'made in Russia.' Moscow has annexed Crimea and has been accused by Western countries of deploying substantial troops in separatist held areas of eastern Ukraine, which it denies. (Reuters)
