Ghani Welcomes New U.S. 'Resolve' On Afghanistan

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani welcomed what he called a new "resolve" from the United States to support his country, in an address to the UN General Assembly. Speaking on September 19, he also called on Pakistan to engage "earnestly" in confronting terrorism and extremism. (Reuters)
