Kerry Slams Russia Over Syria Bombing

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry slammed Russia for ''obfuscation'' over the bombing of a U.N. aid convoy near Aleppo in Syria, comparing it to the admission by the U.S.-led coalition that its forces had hit Syrian Army forces in an air raid days earlier. Kerry said the UN convoy -- unlike the Syrian troops -- had been clearly marked, and that the incident made it impossible to continue "business as usual" with Russia on Syria cease-fire efforts.
