Interview: U.S. Ambassador To Russia John Sullivan

In an interview with RFE/RL correspondent Mike Eckel, U.S. Ambassador to Russia John Sullivan spoke about the recent cyberattack targeting U.S. government systems, which was blamed on Moscow by top government officials; Washington's decision to suspend or shut operations at two Russian consulates; and the need to repair what he called "a breach in trust" between the two powers.
