U.S. Ambassador: Russia Should Address Issues Behind Sanctions

Jon Huntsman, the U.S. ambassador to Russia, has said that the "underlying issues" that led to U.S. sanctions on Russia need to be addressed before a discussion of those sanctions can begin. Huntsman made the remarks to Current Time TV on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on May 24.
