Obama Begins Vietnam Visit

U.S. President Barack Obama arrived in Hanoi to begin a three-day visit to Vietnam, at the beginning of a week-long tour of Asia. He announced the lifting of a U.S. arms embargo that has been place since the Vietnam war, describing it as a "lingering vestige of the Cold War." (Reuters)
