Charlottesville Candlelight Vigil Condemns Hate, Violence

Hundreds of people gathered at the University of Virginia campus in the U.S. city of Charlottesville for a candlelight vigil against racism, hate, and violence. The rally was held on the evening of August 16 in reaction to the rally by white supremacists and nationalists that erupted into violence in which a counterprotester was killed on August 12. (AP)
