Montenegrins Elect Parliament Amid Political Stalemate

Voters in Montenegro cast their ballots in early parliamentary elections on June 11. RFE/RL filmed proceedings at polling stations in the capital, Podgorica. Since a general election in August 2020, the Adriatic country has changed two cabinets. The latter lost a vote of confidence in parliament last August and since then the parties in the national assembly have not been able to agree on a new ministerial lineup.
