Muslims are nearing the end of Ramadan, the religious holiday marked by a monthlong dawn-to-dusk fast. The daily break from food and water can be a particular challenge in the far north. RFE/RL spoke to Ramil Bilal, a Tatar mufti in the Finnish capital, Helsinki, about celebrating Ramadan in one of the world's northernmost cities.
