A Russian scientist has dismissed as "tall tales" claims that he helped Iran develop detonators for use in its nuclear program. Vyacheslav Danilenko was named this week by Western diplomats and a Washington-based NGO as the "foreign expert" mentioned by the UN nuclear watchdog in its recent report on Iran's nuclear program.
