Khodorkovsky Gives Final Statement In Court

Jailed oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky appeared in a Moscow court today to make his final statement as he faces a second series of fraud and tax evasion charges. The court announced that it will start reading the verdict on December 15. If found guilty, Khodorkovsky could remain in prison until 2017.
