A suicide bomber attacked a U.S. consulate convoy in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar, killing a passer-by and wounding at least 10 other people. The U.S. delegates reported only minor injuries in the attack, for which the Pakistani Taliban claimed responsibility. AP video
