A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-packed car in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on January 27, killing at least 31 people and wounding some 60 others. The attack took place in the predominantly Shi'ite neighborhood of Zafaraniyah, where mourners had gathered for a funeral.
