Russian Opposition Adopts New Protest Tactics

Opposition activists in Moscow have adopted new low-key protest tactics in an effort to avoid further arrests after hundreds were detained during recent protests. The activists, many wearing white ribbons as a symbol of the opposition movement, are gathering in surprise flash mobs or simply taking "antigoverment strolls" around Moscow.
