A series of bomb and mortar attacks in Shi'ite neighborhoods of Baghdad have left at least eight people dead and more than 20 wounded. Most of the deaths were in the northwestern area of Shula, where the streets were strewn with rumble after a car bomb explosion. (Reuters)
