Karzai Critic Abdullah Abdullah Says Government Has Little Trust
Afghan President Hamid Karzai is in Washington for meetings with U.S. leaders to discuss the future U.S. role in Afghanistan. During Karzai's visit, one of his rivals, coalition leader and former Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah, told RFE/RL's Radio Free Afghanistan that Karzai is speaking from a weak position in Washington because his government has lost public trust.
