Russian-U.S. Crew Arrives At International Space Station
A Soyuz space capsule carrying two Russians and one American has successfully docked with the International Space Station, bringing the size of the crew at the orbiting lab to six. The incoming crew will spend five months in space before returning to Earth. Their journey to the ISS from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, using a new flight route, took less than six hours, orbiting the Earth four times during transit; previous missions have taken more than two days and 50 orbits to reach the space station.
