Obama Addresses Syrian Crisis, Iranian Nuclear Program At UN

Speaking at the opening session of the UN General Assembly, U.S. President Barack Obama urged the UN Security Council to pass a strong resolution to ensure that the Syrian government dismantles its chemical-weapon arsenal.
