Obama Says 'No Safe Haven' For IS Militants

U.S. President Barack Obama has declared there will be "no safe haven" for Islamic State (IS) militants. In a television address he said the U.S. would use air power to attack IS in both Iraq and Syria. He also announced the deployment of an additional 475 U.S. service members to Iraq, but stressed they would not have a combat role. (Reuters)
