Ukrainian Forces Begin Retreating From Debaltseve

Some Ukrainian forces left the eastern Ukrainian town of Debaltseve, which is under siege by pro-Russian separatists, on February 18, arriving in the city of Artemivsk to the northwest. Hostilities have continued around Debaltseve despite a cease-fire that was supposed to have taken effect on February 15. (Reuters)
