Russian Man Cuts Off Finger, Alleging Police Raped His Wife

A Russian man cut off his little finger, alleging policemen had gang raped his wife and that his demand for an investigation was being ignored. Magnitogorsk resident Igor Gubanov has since continued his protest by cutting off another finger. The police have accused his wife, Salima, of making the story up.
