Azerbaijani Activist Receives 10-Year Prison Sentence
A Baku court has sentenced pro-democracy activist Qiyas Ibrahimov to 10 years in prison for drug trafficking -- a charge filed shortly after he spray-painted an antigovernment slogan on a monument to the country's former president.
