London Police Make First Statement On Attack

A commander from London's Metropolitan Police force has made an initial statement about the car and knife attack in the center of the city. Commander B. J. Harrington said it was being treated as a terrorist incident, but remained "open-minded" as the motivation. He did not confirm casualty numbers. (Reuters)
