Voters in Serbia went to the polls on April 2 to elect a new president. Voting also was held in Serb-majority areas in Kosovo, where the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) opened four ballot collection centers and polling stations. (RFE/RL's Balkan Service)
