U.K. Ambassador Slams Russia Over Syria Policy

The British ambassador to the United Nations, Matthew Rycroft, strongly criticized Russia during a UN Security Council debate, suggesting previous Russian vetoes of resolutions against Syria had emboldened the Assad regime.
