Iran Reportedly Fires Missiles Into Eastern Syria

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard reportedly launched six ballistic missiles against targets in eastern Syria. Iranian state media said that the strikes were aimed at militants whom Tehran blames for the deadly shooting at a September 22 military parade in the city of Ahvaz. According to a map shown on Iranian state television, the attack centered on the Syrian city of Albukamal. Television footage also showed one of the missiles bearing slogans: "Kill Satan's Allies," "Death to America," "Death to Israel," and "Death to the Saudi Dynasty." (IRIB via AP)
