Trump: Islamic State Leader Killed In 'Very Dangerous Mission'

U.S. President Donald Trump has confirmed the killing of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State (IS) extremist group. In an October 27 televised speech from the White House, Trump said that the "very, very dangerous mission" by U.S. special operations forces could only have happened with the support of Russia, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Syrian Kurdish forces.
