Even as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan begin easing restrictions put in place to slow the spread of the coronavirus, questions are emerging about just how effective the three countries have been in limiting the spread and what will happen as people start to leave their homes more often and businesses resume operations.
