Bulgarian Protesters Scuffle With Police Outside Parliament In Sofia

Violent clashes broke out in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia, between police and protesters who are calling for the resignation of the prime minister and chief prosecutor. The September 2 protest took place outside the parliament as lawmakers returned to work after summer recess to begin debate on a controversial new constitution for the country.
