Thousands Demand Pakistani PM's Resignation At Swat Rally
Thousands of activists, mostly supporters of the opposition Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) political party, gathered in the Pakistani city of Mingora in the northwestern Swat Valley to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Imran Khan on November 13. Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the daughter of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, and other PML-N leaders addressed the crowd, accusing the government of failing to control soaring prices and a worsening economy.
