Residents Scramble To Evacuate As Floodwaters Engulf Kazakh City

Severe floods that have left many areas of Kazakhstan under water continue to force people from their homes with more than 110,000 people now evacuated. In the northern Kazakh city of Petropavl, several districts were submerged with locals complaining that not enough was done to shore up the city's defenses.
