Kyrgyz Security Forces Cordon Off Parts Of Bishkek Amid Violence

The Kyrgyz government said 28 people were injured, including three foreigners, in an incident that took place in Bishkek on the night of May 17-18. The violence was apparently triggered by a video of a fight in the courtyard of a Bishkek hostel involving "foreigners" that had circulated on social media.
