The Summer Olympics kick off in Paris on July 26, with the city staging sporting events under the Eiffel Tower and swimming in the Seine. Official Russian and Belarusian teams have been barred -- although some athletes will compete under a neutral flag -- while Russian broadcasters opted not to buy the TV rights. Ahead of the Summer Olympics, French President Emanuel Macron warned about Russian disinformation campaigns.
