Five Taliban Militants Killed In Attack On Afghan Police Compound

In Jalalabad, eastern Afghanistan, security forces surrounded a police compound after an overnight battle with Taliban militants. Officials said that a suicide car bomber drove into the gate of the compound, after which militants stormed the facility.
