Dramatic dashcam footage captured what appeared to be a mortar attack at an intersection in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on February 25. (UPDATE: Although dashcam footage shows the date February 25, 2021, the moderator of the Telegram channel that shared it says the video was sent by a Kharkiv resident on February 25. 2022, and geolocated to a crossroads in that city. We have verified the location.)
