Georgian Prime Minister Visits Armenia

YEREVAN -- Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili is starting an official two-day visit to Armenia on February 27.

Margvelashvili is due to meet with his Armenian counterpart, Serzh Sarkisian, as well as with Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisian and parliament speaker Ovik Abramian.

On February 28, Margvelashvili will hold talks with the head of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Catholicos Garegin II.

Earlier this month, Margvelashvili visited Azerbaijan.

Last month, he held talks with top Turkish officials in Ankara.
