Voters in Kosovo headed to the polls on February 14 to elect a new parliament. Among early voters in the capital, Pristina, were incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and two of his predecessors, Ramush Haradinaj and Albin Kurti. The snap polls were called after the Constitutional Court ruled that the parliament's election of a new government in June 2020 had violated the constitution.
