Pope Pays Tribute To Latvia's Independence Fighters

Pope Francis has laid flowers at the monument to Latvian independence in Riga, on the second leg of a Baltic regional tour. Latvian President Raimonds Vejonis accompanied the pontiff to the monument, which commemorates those who fell during the 1918-1920 war of independence against Moscow.
