A female teacher has been killed and two girls injured in an attack on a school in volatile northwestern Pakistan.
Police said unidentified attackers lobbed two hand-grenades at the school located in Charsadda district of Pakistan's Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Province on October 1.
The attackers escaped.
No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
Some reports said the school received threatening letters a month ago which demanded the administration direct students to wear traditional loose trousers and long shirts, an outfit known as shalwar kameez.
