Police Surround Suspects In Northern France

Police vehicles and helicopters surrounded an area northeast of Paris where the suspects in the January 7 attack on a magazine were believed to be located and holding at least one hostage. TV reports said that police have cornered the suspects in the town of Dammartin-en-Goele and are currently holding negotiations. (Reuters)
