Russian Attack On Ukraine's Chernihiv Leaves Seven Dead, Scores Wounded

Ukrainians rescuers rushed to help the survivors of a Russian missile attack on the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv on August 19. According to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, at least seven people were killed, including a child, and more than 148 were wounded. A university and a theater were among the damaged buildings.
