Deadly Missile Strike Hits Ukrainian City Of Kostyantynivka

At least 16 people were killed and many others wounded when a missile struck a busy market in the Ukrainian city of Kostyantynivka. The attack came hours after U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit. RFE/RL correspondent Serhiy Horbatenko sent this video from the scene of the attack. CORRECTION: According to a report by The New York Times, the explosion was likely caused by an errant missile fired by Ukrainian forces.
