Amid the third winter of Russia's full-scale invasion, Ukrainians are facing power outages as Russian attacks on their energy infrastructure take their toll. RFE/RL spoke with Tetyana from Odesa, who is raising a 4-year-old daughter, to find out how she copes with the repeated blackouts.
